Cyber PolCo has officially become an HP Business Partner — a milestone that opens up how we support the organizations we work with.
It's not just a badge. As an HP Business Partner, we get access to eligible end-user pricing on qualifying commercial deals, HP marketing and sales resources, product training, and a broader set of tools to bring into client conversations. What matters more is what it lets us do.
Why This Matters for Our Clients
Most organizations don't need "a laptop" or "a firewall." They need a technology environment that actually holds up — devices that work, and a security posture behind them that doesn't fall apart the moment someone clicks the wrong link.
That's the gap this partnership lets us close. We can now bring HP technology into the same conversation as the cybersecurity and IT work we already do, and ask the questions that matter before a device ever ships:
- What's the right hardware for this team, this budget, this environment? - How will it be deployed and configured? - Who gets access, and how is that access managed? - How is it secured — and kept secured — over time?
A device is not a checkbox. It's part of the organization's attack surface the moment it's turned on. We'd rather help clients think that far ahead than sell equipment and walk away.
For existing clients, this means we can now explore HP hardware alongside the security work already underway — one team, one conversation, instead of a separate vendor for every piece.
For new clients, it means a broader starting point: business computing devices, technology refresh planning, IT infrastructure support, and cybersecurity — assessed, deployed, and secured as one project rather than five disconnected ones. This is especially useful for small and growing businesses that need reliable technology but don't have an internal IT team to manage it.
Where This Fits in Our Mission
Cyber PolCo's mission has never been "sell more things." It's protecting the organizations, governments, and communities we work with — across DRC, Namibia, and the markets we're growing into. Technology procurement was always going to be part of that conversation eventually; this partnership just lets us have it properly, instead of pointing clients elsewhere for the hardware and hoping it gets secured correctly afterward.
Eligibility, pricing, and product availability all depend on HP's program terms and the specifics of each deal — we're not going to overpromise what this partnership guarantees. What we can promise is that we'll keep approaching every client relationship the way we always have: practically, and with their actual risk in mind.
This is one more door. We're glad to have it open.
